Procedures to insure that you receive CE credit

1) Choose the article you wish to read for your distance learning credit.

2) Download the article in PDF format, or call to have one sent by mail.

3) Read the article  you have selected.

4) Obtain the test by downloading it, or from our office by phone or email.

5) Answer the test questions (at least 15 of the 20 must be correct), and send the answer sheet to our offices with payment of your fee of $50.

 

When you complete these steps, you will receive your Certificate for the CE credits.
